Training Space Rental

TRAINING SPACE

Conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, just a few blocks from Penn Station, the #1 train and several buses, Birch Family Services' Training Institute provides comfortable seating and state of the art audiovisual equipment to meet various training and meeting needs. Our Training Room can accommodate from as few as two, up to as many as 48 people. It features a sliding wall that can be left open to accommodate up to 48 people. Or it can be closed to create two separate spaces for smaller meetings or trainings. Our Large Conference room can accommodate up to 32 people.

We also have a small conference room (2-6 people) for meetings that do not require significant audiovisual equipment, but may need the use of conference calling.

Both our training and large conference rooms are equipped with large projection screens, ceiling mounted LCD projectors and CD/DVD players. Handheld and/or lavaliere microphones are available for use in the training room. Both rooms are capable of supporting meetings that involve conference calls. Room darkening shades create the right lighting needed to significantly enhance images projected onto our oversized screen.

For extra large training needs, both the training room and the large conference room can be rented and videoconferencing can be arranged between the two rooms.

Our lobby/waiting areas provide comfortable seating and access to a courtesy phone, for local calls. Both floors have handicapped accessibility and bathroom accommodations.

Training space may be rented for half or full day meetings. Conference calling features may incur a separate fee. Catering may be arranged through the Training Institute, or clients may coordinate their own catering.

Rates include the use of audiovisual equipment. Conference call costs are passed directly to the customer.
